We are looking for a technically minded person with a strong bias to action who is excited about leveraging technology and design to deliver meaningful business outcomes for YouLend, our partners, and their merchants.As a Partner Solutions Consultant/ Engineer, you will take ownership of all partner integrations, working together with internal and external stakeholders to deliver market leading solutions for YouLend’s existing, and future, strategic partners.In an ‘anti-red tape’ culture, you will work cross-functionally with our Commercial, Product and Production Line teams to ensure that partner integrations run seamlessly, whilst always ensuring that the solutions we deliver enhance both merchant experience and revenue generation.Requirements
- Delivering the technical implementation of new and existing partner integrations – working directly with internal/ external project managers and software engineers to successfully deliver integrations
- Presenting collateral, detailing integration options, and articulating different technical integrations and merchant journeys to potential, new, and existing partners
- Working with partners to solve technical challenges in current processes
- Answering technical questions raised by partners
- Ensuring that for each integration, all business owners are aware of their responsibilities and aligned on required timelines
- Supporting YouLend teams when scoping/ encouraging further integration work to improve current processes
- Identifying areas for improvement in existing technologies and processes, and designing and implementing improvements
Essential:
- Experience working in a partner or client facing role
- Proven experience successfully delivering integrations or launching new products and features that improve customer outcomes
- Possess a strong technical understanding and have experience working with software engineers
- The ability to interact with technical as well as non-technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box
- A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
- A low ego, team player mentality and a strong bias to action
- A creative and empathetic approach to collaborating cross-functionally and solving customer / partner problems
Desirable:
- Have a commercial mindset helping ensure that integration work always adds value to parties
- Are looking to make an impact in a fast-paced organisation
- Have demonstrated ability to make data orientated decisions, define initiatives and measure their impact
- Have a good understanding of FinTech, payments, or technology industry
