Using a solutions focused approach across identified sectors, you will open the doors to new client partners by understanding your audience and tailoring your approach to secure new business in line with targets and expectations. Our candidates are from various geographical regions, so understanding and marketing these locations specifically will be key.You will be an influential, experienced and proactive business development expert used to working with senior stakeholders in complex organisations. You should be used to making cold outreach to develop deep and lasting relationships.Supported by our marketing and resourcing functions, you will manage the start of the recruitment & sales process, creating new business opportunities to nurture and develop into key client partners.Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face to face meetings, webinars, roundtables and proactive business development. You will always promote the Just IT range of products and services ensuring you find the right answers and creating sustainable business opportunities for our clients.Responsibilities by area of focusIn common with all staff:
