Job Title: Partnerships & Marketing Executive PlacementDuration: 12 Month Placement- 37.5 Hours per Week- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pmReports to: Partnerships ManagerLocation: Stafford office & up to 2 days remote per weekSalary: Real Living Wage (Currently £23,400 per annum – to be reviewed in April 2025)This role is open to undergraduate students looking for a year in Industry as part of a bachelors degree course.The CompanyTopCashback is one of the largest cashback sites in the world, dedicated to helping our members save money when they shop. Ensuring our offers are current, seeking out the best deals and imaging to advertise. We work with some of the biggest brands in the UK including Sky, Expedia, Tesco, Very and Dominos. We rely on a lot of communication externally, within the team and the wider business. We are also responsible for adding new brands to site and sourcing these through various channels. We encourage improvements to be made throughout the site and on our own in house portal. Full on the job training will be provided.Full training is providedRequirementsRequirements

  • Relationship Building – creating and maintaining relationships with both clients and Account Managers with some face to face meetings possible, potentially in London
  • Problem Solver – have a logical approach to problem solving
  • Trending offers – Optimising current market activity to ensure our best deals are on site
  • Time Management Skills – after training you will be required to manage
  • your own workloads, so ability to prioritise and work to deadlines is key
  • Clear communicator – You’ll be providing up to date information to Key clients and Account Managers
  • Microsoft Office– full training will be provided, though basic knowledge is beneficial
