Pasteurizer || 24 || Grave

A major dairy and beverage retailer is looking for a Pasteurizer to support with the production of quality and FDA compliant dairy products. This is a FAST start opportunity meaning as early as next day placements after speaking with a recruiter if its a good match!  

Pay: $24.41 per hour

Pasteurizer Job Duties:

1. Operate and maintain pasteurizing machines in accordance with FDA standards and manufacturing process procedures.
2. Monitor product flow, adjust controls as needed to maintain temperature and pressure levels, ensuring the production of quality products.
3. CIP (clean-in-place) equipment maintenance and operation to clean and sanitize equipment, hosing, piping and machinery that cannot be disassembled for cleaning.
4. Using SCADA software, monitor the factory trade waste system whilst ensuring safe, quality products are produced

Schedule:

• Grave 10:00pm to 6:30am
• Sundays off!

Pasteurizer Requirements:

• an ability to be on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts
• ability to do basic algebra & geometry
• basic familiarity and/or knowledge of plumbing physics — Gravity | Pressure | Closing | Density | Corrosion | Chemistry
• ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
• comfort with working in a refrigerated environment
• basic computer skills, typing, data entry etc
