They will also be responsible for the data input of changes to the payroll system related to pensions e.g. contribution rate changes, additional voluntary contributions.Pensions Analysts will also liaise with employees about all aspects of pensions. This includes assisting employees who are considering retirement and liaising with the respective Third-Party Administrators to obtain retirement quotations and explain what the figures received actually mean.About YouThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong numerical ability and be able to either demonstrate a sound pensions background or the potential to develop this knowledge.
