THE TEAMThe objective of the Learning Management Department is to manage the logistic of people, process, and technology in order to ensure a seamless learner experienceTHE OPPORTUNITYAs a member of the Learning & Development team, you will be part of the team responsible for training our people to maximize performance and potential to cultivate a high-performance culture. As the Coordinator, Learning Management, you will support in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring a seamless user experience, accessibility to the most updated content, and compliance with course completion and scheduling.   • Ensure learners have the right access to their designated courses in the LMS
  • Manage the Aritzia University learning session schedule and enrollment process
  • Publish and maintain all Aritzia University learning assets
  • Manage the LMS technology, validating course set up, preparing for upgrades, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare logistics for new learning session deployment
  • Run reports and prepare dashboard to communicate results

THE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 CAD per year.
