  • Lead a high performing team, guiding event-day people team members, proactively achieving a culture of high engagement, productivity, and guest service excellence
  • Support the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process of team members, plus, as well as workforce planning and resources for major meetings and events, planning the right resources, skills, and experience to meet operational needs
  • Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals
  • Manage payroll processing, following company protocol for processing, reporting, raising queries
  • Ensure the operation, including agency team members, complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
