People Operations ExecutiveResponsible to:Head of People OperationsDepartment:People OperationsLocation:JD Sports Fashion PLC (multi sited), Kingsway Distribution Centre, Michael Faraday Avenue, Milnrow, Rochdale, OL16 4FW or Bury Office, Hollins Brook Way, Pilsworth, Bury BL9 8RRKey Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports a team of Associates responsible for all aspects of People Operations across the UK and ROI.
  • Supporting and training colleagues.
  • Distribution and management of general queries to the team.
  • Responding to and managing complex queries, escalating where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with the People team and Line Managers for swift query resolution.
  • Deputise within the team where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all people operations tasks are completed in line with SLA’s, accurately and to a high quality.
  • To conduct audits and quality assurance checks, ensuring all appropriate action is taken to maintain compliance and consistency.
  • Responsible for bi weekly HRIS system upgrade testing including training where appropriate.
  • Supporting with organisational structure updates and access provisioning within the HRIS system.
  • Ad hoc people operations / project tasks

Skills/Knowledge Needed:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
  • Experience of working in a people administration role
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and workloads effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail
