Attracting top talent is key to our success, and we are looking for a dedicated PeopleOps Generalist with a focus on recruitment and onboarding to join our People team.As a People Ops Generalist, you will:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to final offer.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process and experience to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Source diverse talent through various channels and cultivate our employer brand.
  • Coordinate, streamline and evolve the hiring process, enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment systems and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to other People Ops functions as needed, such as employee engagement, performance and talent management, and HR Technology and Analytics.

We don’t expect you to have experience with all of these tools, but an eagerness to learn how to use them to the degree they become relevant to your day-to-day work.About YouIt’s important to us that the person we hire will thrive in this role.   • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent management.
  • A solid grasp of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish connections with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in effectively managing and refining programs and processes.
  • A high level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple ongoing priorities.
  • A willingness to set higher standards and question conventional practices.
