Your main tasks will include:Payroll Management:
- Review payroll (pay variables, calculations, absences, final settlements, etc.) and manage payments.
- Handle absence records and track time: sick leave, work accidents, insurance.
- Control social declarations.
- Stay up to date with legal developments and ensure compliance in your area.
HR Administration:
- Onboarding: Draft contracts, amendments, supervise the creation and update of personnel files, manage hiring formalities (DPAE, health and insurance enrollment), medical affiliations, and track medical check-ups.
- Daily: Handle declarations, manage visas for foreign employees, update staff records, and manage employment contracts for freelancers.
- Offboarding: Prepare “France Travail” certificates, final settlements, etc.
- Social Reporting: Prepare the social report, produce HR data tables as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative HR experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology startup environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS preferred Payfit
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Fluency in English
