We are seeking a dynamic and proactive People Partner to coordinate studio operations, provide HR expertise, and champion our culture initiatives. This role delivers impact through fostering a positive and productive environment, supporting our team, and driving our company culture forward.Areas of DeliveryWorkplace ManagementAdministrative Oversight:

  • Ensure an effective hybrid workplace experience is delivered to our team by overseeing studio and remote working operations.
  • Manage supplies, inventory, procurement, and maintenance of our studio environment.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and logistics.
  • Liaise with building management and service providers to maintain office facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

HR Advice and CoordinationRecruitment and Onboarding:

  • Partner with hiring managers to support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

People Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing HR support and guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in resolving people challenges with fairness and consistency.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents and communications.

Performance Management:

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers in the evaluation process.

Culture InitiativesEmployee Engagement:

  • Develop and implement programs and activities to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Organize team-building activities, social events, and opportunities for recognition.

Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Drive initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Advocate for awareness and training on diversity and inclusion topics.

Communication:

  • Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed and engaged.

Culture Development:

  • Collaborate with the People and Culture team to define, promote, and nurture company values and culture.

Desired Experience and SkillsEducation and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or People Partner roles.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems).
