Interim HR Business Partner – Finance (Major Retailer)Location: 2 days per week in Central London, 3 days WFH
Day Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract: InterimA major retailer is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to partner with the Finance function during a crucial period of change. This role requires a seasoned HRBP with experience working closely with a CFO, providing both strategic and operational HR support.Key Responsibilities:
✅ Partner with the CFO & Finance Leadership Team, driving HR strategy and people initiatives
✅ Support organisational change, workforce planning, and capability development
✅ Manage complex employee relations and provide expert guidance on people-related challenges
✅ Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning within Finance
✅ Ensure all HR policies and practices align with employment law and best practiceAbout You:
🔹 Proven experience as an HRBP partnering with CFOs or Finance teams in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Strong expertise in change management, organisational design, and employee relations
🔹 Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders at an executive level
🔹 Retail or consumer-facing industry experience is highly desirable
