Since launch, Lottie has gone on to support millions of families navigate the stressful later living system, while helping tens of thousands begin their next chapter in later life care.The opportunityAs the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s growth by owning one of the key acquisition drivers. Your mission is to scale Lottie revenues by efficiently reaching care-seekers online. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to optimise the conversion process.What you’ll be doing
- Search Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Google Search.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise search campaigns to meet ROAS targets.
- Streamline existing processes within the team, striving to automate tasks where possible.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on search campaign performance, identifying trends and actionable insights.
- Work with our data analytics team to improve bidding methodology & ensure we have best-in-class measurement in place.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the search marketing budget, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across campaigns.
- Forecast and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, aligning spend with overall marketing objectives.
- Growth & Experimentation :
- Build and own a CRO roadmap for landing page optimisation
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
Who we’re looking for
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a specific focus on SEM. Proven experience in managing and optimising search accounts is essential.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Google Search, including account setup, keyword management, and advanced bidding strategies.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to optimize search campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
