The role
The Performance Marketing Manager role sits within our dynamic, multi-disciplined marketing team & will be responsible for driving profitable new user growth & promoting the Motorway brand across our paid acquisition channels.
You’ll take ownership of testing & optimisation using data-driven insights to ensure we are continually growing and evolving our campaigns. You’ll work closely with our agency partners & ad platforms to identify our biggest opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forwards, analysing the competitive landscape for ways to improve our strategy.

What you’ll do
- Be responsible for planning, buying, and optimising our performance marketing campaigns across various performance marketing channels, with a focus on paid social (Meta, Tiktok) to drive higher ROI from our spend.
- Support the development & execution of our paid social strategy, working with internal & external partners to identify our biggest growth opportunities
- Own our experimentation roadmap – develop hypotheses for A/B tests and share learnings with key stakeholders.
- Work with our creative teams & partners to introduce new creatives, collaborate on creative strategy & develop breakthrough ideas to help acquire new users more efficiently.
- Monitor key KPIs & produce regular reports & presentations, sharing actionable insights & recommendations with the wider business.
Requirements
- Solid experience in paid social, with a proven track record of scaling Meta & Tiktok campaigns within agreed efficiency thresholds. PPC experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of wider digital marketing channels & up-to-date on the latest privacy/ attribution challenges in the industry
- Strong technical understanding of tracking, tagging & attribution.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to identify trends & provide actionable insights back to the business.
- Ability to work cross functionally & juggle multiple priorities, comfortable working to meet deadlines.
- A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage internal & external relationships.
- Experience in a fast-paced growth company – a proactive self-starter, able to take ownership and drive projects forward
