This dynamic and integral role will support patients signing up to MyMR face to face or over the telephone, coordinate the training of the clinical team in using MyMR, to work with clinical teams to identify patients to be signed up to use MyMR or other health apps and support processes e.g in clinic and help/support with other patient facing digital platforms and tools. Where required they will supervise, support and train band 2 staff working within the clinical service. They will be expected to manage their own workload, working autonomously and as part of a team.The ability to occasionally travel to our Lymington site is essential.
