Manage the Route Director’s calendar.2. Manage the Route Director’s personal budget, making comprehensive records available at all times.3. Work closely with the Route Director and Business Managers for functions, conferences visits and meetings.4. Co-ordinate and prepare agenda and papers for executive meetings and assist with any follow-up action as necessary.5. Supervise and organise workloads for clerical support team in conjunction with other functional managers.6. Maintain an efficient filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings, statutory records and authorisations.7. Utilise financial and procurement systems and act as Local Purchasing Agent (where directed).8. Review accounts received and process invoices for payment in accordance with Internal Control procedures.9.
