Personal Assistant – Investor Relations
Location: London (Hybrid)A unique opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Personal Assistant to join a renowned and leading international investment services firm. Specialising in Private Equity and Asset Management, this dynamic and solution-driven company is seeking a highly capable candidate for a minimum 6-month contract with hybrid working arrangements.This exciting position requires a proactive and forward-thinking individual to provide integral support within the Investor Relations department. You will assist three Partners and offer additional support to a team of 5-6 Managers. Additionally, you will collaborate with administrative teams across the firm’s global offices in Asia, Europe, and the US.This role offers the chance to advance your career, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a high-performing, world-class organisation.Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex and forward-thinking diaries with high attention to detail, ensuring seamless scheduling of events and meetings.
  • Coordinating and booking international and domestic travel and accommodation, including visa arrangements, in line with company policies.
  • Organising and coordinating events, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and conferences, managing all associated logistics.
  • Handling sensitive information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism when liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing documentation efficiently, including meeting agendas and notes, with robust filing practices.
  • Maintaining and collating CRM data, generating reports, and identifying process improvements.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support, including assisting the wider administrative team, supporting off-site meetings, and call handling.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant within Financial Services, Consultancy, or a Corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent secretarial, administrative, and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and work at pace.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience working collaboratively across international offices is advantageous.
  • Fluency in an additional language is preferred but not essential.

Benefits and Salary:
This highly rewarding role offers a salary of up to £50,000, dependent on experience.
