RTA Personal Injury Paralegal – EdinburghOne of Scotland’s premier Law firms is determined to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal to join its team in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent basis.The Benefits:

More about the day to day :
- The role involves a large client focus where you’d be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
- You will collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
- You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA files
- Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
You will:
- Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents
- Take statements from witnesses
- Investigate claims
- Review medical records
