Personal Patient Care Aide – Hiring Immediately up to $27/hrJoin our team as a Personal Patient Care Aide and make a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities!Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support for daily living activities, including personal hygiene and self-care
• Assist individuals in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
• Administer medication and report concerns to supervisors
• Collaborate with direct supervisors to implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and crisis interventions
• Attend meetings and accompany individuals to appointments, using state vehicles for transportation

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in direct care or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Covid 19 vaccine
