Pharmacist – Critical Illness Recovery – Hospital RPhSpecialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a Hospital Pharmacist position in the Jackson, TN area. This is an outstanding Per diem opportunity with one of our well-respected Hospital clients! If you are a hospital experienced pharmacist looking for a great opportunity, we would like you to apply now!Description:

• Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.
• Correctly informing and instructing patients on any drugs to be used after they are discharged.
• Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.
• Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.

Position Requirements:

• TN State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Knowledge of general hospital pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy practice
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Available 2-3 days during the week and possibly 1 weekend a month
