You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including prescription filling and technical duties within the scope of a pharmacy assistant, computer and phone work using Kroll to support patient service, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure prescription production and delivery schedules are met. You’ll have access to training and support from a dedicated leadership team to foster your growth and development.If work/life balance is a priority for you, this position features a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9am – 5pm and there is ample overtime available (voluntary) which could considerably elevate the base salary as estimated by us in this posting as this role is salaried (plus annual bonus that is not included in our estimated rate) and overtime would be paid in accordance with the ESA over and above the base salary. ✔ An experienced Pharmacy Assistant with experience completing prescription intake by phone or in person, entry into pharmacy software (Kroll ideally but not required – our client will train), experience filling vial or prepacked prescriptions (labelling, filling), discussing payment/insurance and delivery requirements with patients by phone and supporting problem solving
