Position Summary

The pharmacy technician’s purpose is to assist in the preparation, compounding, packaging, distribution, and delivery of medications to JHACH patients. Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient medications at a demonstrated level of safe practice as defined by the Florida State Board of Pharmacy and JHACH policy. Along with other members of the Pharmacy, is responsible for providing medications to meet high standards of patient care provided by JHACH.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Florida Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Technician

• Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.70/hour – Maximum 29.99/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
