CoStar delivers immediate, verified commercial real estate information on over 5.9 million properties across every market.Learn more about .As the Photography Manager, you will be based in Paris or other Regions (e.g., Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon, etc.) and lead, develop, and motivate a team of Research Photographers in Paris. The CoStar Research Photographers provide high-quality photography, drone video & images on high-visibility commercial and multi-family properties. They also collect key data points each day for all targeted properties using their mobile device including “to let” and “for sale” properties, tenants, building size, and characteristics. CoStar Group customers rely on our team to complete the marketing vision of their assets.RESPONSIBILITIESTrain, mentor, and coach a growing team of c10 professional, field staff membersSource and hire experienced, full-time team members in key geographies of your responsibilitySpend quality time with local and regional team members to demonstrate best practice with media collection, postproduction, data collection, process optimization, and customer serviceReview incoming media and data to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelinesProvide constructive and actionable feedback to team members to meet both production and quality expectationsCreate action plans to help team members grow, succeed, and maintain their engagementProfessional and effective communication with clients and internal partners during all aspects of Field Research tasks and projectsContinued learning and development of your craft, including staying up to date on new techniques and technologyFrequent travel in your geography requiredQUALIFICATIONSLanguage proficiency in both English and French.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrable experience managing a team in a corporate environmentPhotography experience and use of Adobe Creative Suite, IE: Photoshop and Lightroom, Premiere Pro beneficial.Demonstrated interest and/or experience in the commercial real estate industryKnowledge and understanding of local market labour laws.Leadership and management skills, including the ability to prioritize and control workload of a team, coaching, and mentoring through professional developmentExperience with creating effective KPIs and meeting performance metrics, being results-orientedAbility to work as part of a teamSuccess in building strong, cohesive teams by leading and motivating towards action/execution through influence and collaborationAbility to articulate and execute corporate strategy, well-communicated with the ability to influenceExperience and demonstrated proficiency with Excel that includes the ability to manipulate data, filter, and develop basic formulas.Creative problem solving, attention to detail, objectivity and the ability to think strategicallyAnalytical approach with the ability to interpret information and trends, adapting quicklyAbility to interact at all levels and establish rapport with both internal and external stakeholdersFull driving licenseWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Working at CoStar Group means you’ll enjoy a culture of collaboration and innovation that attracts the best and brightest across a broad range of disciplines.
