Description:
We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team at STARS. We specialize in developing comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate specialized programming and an interdisciplinary approach to help patients return to productive lifestyles. With over 25 years of pride in exceptional service across Idaho and Oregon, our reputation speaks for itself.
What You Will Do:
As our ideal candidate, you will assess, plan, and implement tailored physical therapy programs for individual patients. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team and supervise support personnel.
At our Baker City, Oregon clinic, you’ll provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in your community without the need to relocate to a larger metropolitan area. You’ll work with a diverse range of patients, including:
- Employees recovering from work-related injuries
- Seniors striving to maintain their mobility
- Individuals recovering from hand or spine trauma
By joining our team, you’ll play a crucial role in helping patients return to work and enhance their quality of life right in their community.
Services Provided:
- Orthopedic Rehabilitation
- Occupational Therapy
- Hand Therapy
- Neurological Rehab
- Orthopedic Spine Care
- Home Safety Evaluations
- Wheelchair Assessments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho or Oregon
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- Previous experience in Outpatient Rehabilitation preferred but not required
