Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Physical Therapy
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree Physical Therapy Or
• Ph.D. Physical Therapy
• 1 year Experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field
• Home Health experience
