Job Description:SummaryPhysician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Urgent Care/Walk-In – HSHS Medical Group – Breese, ILHSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care/Walk-In Clinic team at our Clinton County Rural Health Clinic in Breese, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.Practice Highlights

QualificationsEducationMaster’s degree in Nursing is required.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.ExperienceExperience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsLicensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.Federal DEA license is preferred.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.Physical Requirements:
