A high-end commercial real estate development company specialising in upscale build-to-rent communities is seeking a skilled freelance designer to create a compelling pitch deck. This presentation will be used to attract potential debt and equity partners for their projects. The company requires a professional who can effectively communicate their unique value proposition and project details through visually striking and informative slides. This short-term project offers the opportunity to work with a luxury brand in the growing build-to-rent sector.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company to understand their brand, project details, and investment proposition
- Design a visually appealing and professional pitch deck that aligns with the company’s luxury brand image
- Create clear and engaging infographics to present financial data and market analysis
- Develop compelling visual narratives that showcase the company’s projects and potential returns
Requirements
- Proven experience in creating high-quality pitch decks, preferably for real estate or luxury brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and data visualization
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and colour theory
- Ability to translate complex financial and real estate concepts into clear visual representations
