Plumbing General Manager

This company is looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to their clients throughout the Phoenix area. As a Plumbing General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our plumbing operations, managing a dedicated team of professionals, and ensuring the continued success and growth of our business.

Schedule: M-F 1st shift in-office. Weekends virtually on-call.

Pay: $80K-$100K

Bonuses: Up to $20K in bonuses per year

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations of the plumbing division, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Team Management: Train and mentor a team of plumbers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Project Oversight: Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the plumbing industry, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and operations.
• Management Skills: Proven track record in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
