Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.About Door-to-DoorAs part of our ambition to fill the millions of empty seats on the road, we’re looking at cracking the carpool Door-To-Door usage. Could there be a product to pick up and drop off passengers exactly where they want on a short-distance ride, leveraging our community of carpool drivers? This would make passengers even more convenient while maximizing our drivers’ savings. We have launched a dedicated, independent team to build a new product and usage to crack this usage. We are looking for a Product manager intern to assist the Door to Door senior product manager.Your responsibilities

• Leading the user research to better understand our drivers and passengers needs and pain points
• Defining the product roadmap and detailing the features
• Coordinating the cross-functional work of designers, engineers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and delivery

Your qualifications

• You are curious and want to develop your analytical skills in a fast-evolving environment. You are able to derive insights from data and use them to inform product decisions
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you can be creative & “hands-on” to get things done
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
• You identify with the BlaBlaCar mindset: a structured and humble doer with the ability to prioritize tasks

Strong plus: * Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Miro)

• Previous experience in product management in a tech company or in strategy consulting
