About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to support the success of a diverse range of products. This role works closely with Product Leaders and Managers to coordinate delivery, improve processes, and ensure smooth communication across teams and with clients. You’ll help drive product outcomes, resolve challenges, and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Coordination: Collaborate across teams to align product delivery with strategic goals, resolve dependencies, and manage risks.
• Data & Insights: Analyse product metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to provide actionable insights that inform roadmaps and priorities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key contact for internal and client queries, ensuring timely resolution and strong relationships with teams such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Tooling & Enablement: Support the use of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and promote consistent documentation and reporting practices.
• Communication: Create clear, engaging updates and materials for internal communications, leadership briefings, and product showcases.
• Commercial Support: Work with Product, Pricing, and Marketing teams to shape value propositions and support pricing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple products or projects with a strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools and a focus on process improvement.
• Ability to translate complex information into accessible formats for varied audiences.
• Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach to go-to-market planning.
• Adaptability and a proactive attitude in navigating change and driving progress.
