Uliving at Hertfordshire is looking for a motivated Frontline Customer Service & Admin Assistant to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and site visitors.In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Welcome and Assist: Be the warm, professional face of Uliving for all post inquiries, guiding customers, students, and couriers with clear and helpful information.
- Organise and Manage Post: Ensure mail is accurately logged, stored, and distributed with efficiency.
- Handle Enquiries with Ease: Provide answers and advice through phone, email, and in person, making each customer experience positive.
- Support Site Operations: Undertake a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing letters and emails, maintaining accurate data, and contributing to a well-organized reception area.
