We are proud of our strong flexible working culture, including the opportunity for flexibility on working hours and the use of technology to support agile working.If you’d like to hear from some of our current adult social care staff, take a look at our careers social media pages , , ,About the roleWe are looking for an individual that has experience in the supervisory role to join our dynamic team.Not only will you lead the ASYE programme, but you will also support and coach candidates in ‘returning to social work’, our social work apprenticeship scheme, occupational therapy students, as well as our social work assistants. We expect the role to include both clinical, and well-being supervisory sessions, direct observations, the planning and delivery of professional practice workshops, and linking closely with locality managers and colleagues to ensure wrap around support for our cohorts.The successful candidate will be supported in their role through targeted managerial CPD activities that are available through our learning platforms, while also receiving mentoring support from their allocated line manager.Any-Desk:As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.About youYou will be a driven individual with proven supervisory, mentoring, and coaching experience.
