Pre Op/Post Op – Registered Nurse (Direct Hire)Location: Waynesboro, GACompany: Connected HealthcareShift: 4×10’s Days – No on Call, No Weekends, No HolidaysJob Summary:Connected Healthcare is partnering with a facility in Waynesboro, GA, to find a dedicated Pre Op/ Post Op Registered Nurses. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans, ensuring positive outcomes for both patients and the department.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the care of assigned patients with full accountability and responsibility.
• Ensure efficient patient care flow, including screening, exam preparation, general nursing care, and coordination of admissions, testing, and discharges.
• Maintain and review patient records, including posting test results and examination findings.
• Administer medications as per physician orders.
• Educate patients and their families on medications and treatment plans.
• Respond to and triage incoming phone calls as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
