Position Title: Preop/PACU RN
Setting : Surgery Center
Position Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $40-45/hr
Shift: Day shift, 5x8s, Monday-Friday (no nights, weekends, major holidays, or on-call)
Location: Orlando, FLPosition Overview:
Connected Health Care is hiring a Preop/PACU RN to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the critical preoperative and postoperative stages. This role involves continuous patient monitoring to identify and respond to any medical or surgical complications that may arise, ensuring the highest level of care during these critical periods.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and skilled nursing care for patients before and after surgery.
• Monitor patients continuously for early detection of complications.
• Provide emergency care as needed for any medical or surgical issues.

Education, Experience, and Training:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (A.S.N.) or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience in a similar nursing role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in postoperative or critical care areas is preferred.

Certifications and Licenses:

• Current Florida Nursing License
• BLS – AHA Certification
• ACLS – AHA Certification
• PALS – AHA Certification
