As a key member of our Pricing department, you will be responsible for managing commercial rebate contracts in our company software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Additionally, you will handle the submission of rebate claims with our contracted suppliers and process all credit and rebill transactions in our Salesforce platform for our sales team and customers.Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pmPay: $23 – $25 per hour DOEWhat You’ll Love About Us:Health Benefits. Long Term Disability Insurance, Accident & Critical Illness Insurance, Legal & Identity Theft Protection.Responsibilities:Maintain commercial rebate contracts in our software, including updating, adding, and removing contracts as necessary.Submit rebate claims with contracted suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.Process all credit and rebill transactions in Salesforce for our sales team and customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Handle special pricing requests submitted by our sales team, processing them efficiently and accurately.Assist our jobbers with processing their rebates and issuing payments, providing excellent customer service and support.Assist with vendor cost changes in our software, ensuring that all updates are implemented accurately and promptly.Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for various reporting and analysis purposes, maintaining organized records of rebate contracts, claims, and other relevant data.Requirements:Proficiency in using PDI software, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.Joining our team offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within a leading oil company.
