Join a Community that cares about you!More about your roleWe are looking for a Pricing Leader to join us on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, this is a key role in the leadership team, and you will be integral in the development and growth of our business objectives.You will be responsible for delivering the financial elements of new business tenders and be involved in the development and maintenance of financial pricing modelling and tools. You will also lead on the identification of any potential finance risks within business tenders and contract documentation. You will ensure the other members of the team are aware of contractual income, fee uplifts and other complex issues which may lead to payback mechanisms.In addition, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of financial pricing models and tools working with other teams to analyse data for future bids.More about youSupporting the Business Development team from a finance perspective, you will have a strong background in delivering the financial elements of new business tenders to facilitate strategic growth. You will be confident in influencing decision making and contributing to the business’ strategic plan via the provision of robust financial information as well as the development & maintenance of financial pricing models & tools.This is an agile role and travel across the UK and to the Head Office in Leeds will be required. Having your own vehicle is essential, and travel expenses will be covered.The successful candidate will

  • Have a proven track record of commercial pricing and/or have conducted client pricing for bids,
  • Experience of reviewing contract documents
  • Experience in FM is preferred but not essential.
