Teaching Personnel is currently hiring teachers to work in primary schools throughout Carmarthenshire. We are looking for candidates available for both full-time and part-time positions.Role DetailsJobe Title: Teacher (T)Sector: Primary SchoolJob Type: Temporary, Part- Time, Full TimeStart Date: 01/02/25Location: CarmarthenshireSchedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 3:30pm)Key Responsibilities– Safeguarding children– Have a good understanding of the Primary curriculum and be able to input it into engaging lessons and tasks.– Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment in the classroom– Assess and track pupils development and progress– Communicate efficiently with staff, pupils and parents– Develop your teaching skills and be able to adapt your teaching strategies if requiredRequirements– Qualified teacher status (QTS) – ESSENTIAL– Primary curriculum expertise- a strong knowledge and understanding with effective planning abilities– Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to pass enhanced DBS checks.– Driving Licence ( not essential but preferred)What We Are Looking For– A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children– Effective classroom management– Excellent communication and listening skills– Positive attitude and an excellent work ethic– Able to work as part of a team efficiently
