Become part of this world and make a difference with us.AMS are hiring for a Principal Recruitment Coordinator – EC&C (Early Careers & Campus) who will be supporting our client Goldman Sachs and be on client site in London. The main purpose of the role is to work closely with the Campus Coordination team to ensure an efficient and flexible support service is provided to the Client Services team where required.What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a team of Campus Recruitment Coordinators to achieve all required SLAs
- Supporting on operational delivery which may mean leaving into coordination work; provide team coverage when team members are out sick or as needed
- Responsible for performance management, development and succession planning in team
- Work closely with other Team Leaders and Campus Operations Manager to ensure effective coverage of all hiring and program management events
- Manage the team’s holiday and sickness and ensure that sufficient cover is provided as required per client desk
- Build and maintain relationships with client campus recruitment team stakeholders
- Act as a local point for escalations surrounding client, contractor and internal issues
- Participate in client facing event preparation meetings as well as provide support at events as needed
- Ensure Process Manuals are kept up to date, to pro-actively recommend improvements in processes and procedures
- Interview and select suitable candidates for Coordination positions in team
You’ll need to demonstrate:Must haves:
- Knowledge of Campus Administration and Recruiting is essential
- Extensive Early Careers Recruitment experience
- Strong permanent, contingent or temporary recruitment experience within a busy and challenging environment
- Experience managing or supervising a cross functional team
- Experience of managing challenging client relationships
Nice to haves:
- Team leadership experience
- Experience working within investment banking
Who will I be working with?You will work closely with the Campus Recruitment Coordination team to ensure an efficient and flexible support service is provided to the Client Services team where required. You’ll be the main point of contact for Onshore Campus Recruitment Coordinators, dealing with all queries relating to the facilitation of Campus hiring and program management events.
