We also have an expanding and evolving premium spirits range that include Black Cow Vodka, Bandero Tequila and Tarquins Gin.As a People First organisation, we’re happy to discuss flexible working options.Your PurposeWe’re now looking to recruit a Process Lead on a secondment.Working alongside the Line Lead, Maintenance Lead and the Technical Process Lead, the Process Lead has shared responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with Shift Managers. Through building process understanding of the line/area they should develop a clear understanding of the critical line and performance drivers. The Process Lead is expected to develop the operating teams’ understanding of Daily Management Systems effectively coaching and developing World Class problem solving implementing standards to tackle loss.Key Responsibilities
