If so, we have an exciting role which would put you at the forefront of our operations within the Grocery Partnerships team.The GPO Process Optimization Specialist role is an opportunity to lead the implementation of best-in-class (BIC) standards and practices across Amazon’s grocery network and the broader grocery industry. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for collecting, approving, and driving the execution of high-impact BIC initiatives. Key duties include facilitating governance processes, coordinating 3-year and annual planning, maintaining program calendars and change management frameworks, and establishing clear decision-making structuresIf you’re passionate about driving operational excellence and innovation within the grocery sector, we encourage you to apply.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– 2+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in Grocery, Retail or supply chain
