This is a great opportunity to develop a varied and rewarding career with a company that invests in, recognises and rewards its people.Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll manage the end-to-end procurement process and embed good practice across the business. You’ll undertake cost reduction exercises through reporting and analytics, working with key stakeholders to ensure we are compliant and maximising services through our suppliers.You will also:– Own and management the procurement framework, leading supplier oversight and control– Provide advice guidance and support to the business at initial contract management and upon renewal– Foster a culture of continuous improvement– Lead on the completion of new supplier checks and own the repository holding all due diligence information– Provide leadership to the Health & Safety and Facilities coordinator, attending the office as needed and responding / attending in emergency situations– Attend relevant committees to update on procurement activityWho we are looking forIf you’re an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to work collaboratively with others and are looking to make a difference, this is a brilliant opportunity to advance your career to the next level with our sector-leading company. You’re solutions focussed, identifying and mitigating problems.
