So let’s win together.nbsp;Job DescriptionThe key purpose of this role is to provide Procurement support and analysis for the Technology Procurement team. Your work will help to ensure we deliver at pace, minimise costs & provide maximum commercial benefit.You’ll be working across the major areas of Technology spend including Infra, Cyber, Data & Analytics, Sportsbook and End User Services.What you’ll doEngage IT teams to understand business strategiesFinancial reporting of cost improvement on a P&L basis, interpreting CAPEX, OPEX, depreciation and cash flowLead negotiations and full contract lifecycle for assigned spendConduct RFI/P’s and analyse resultsDevelopment of procurement opportunities (present and future pipeline)Support Senior Category Managers and Category Managers to compile Spend Reports; Contract Analysis and Spend ClassificationAssist Senior Category Managers to build Category Strategies using Data and InsightOwn and support “Medium and Tail Vendor spend” – supplier and spend managementDevelop an understanding and knowledge of all industry specific technology solutionsBecome a key member of the IT communityMaximise contract compliance and spend under managementConduct stakeholder analysis and maintains effective communication with internal and external stakeholdersBuild & own relationships with our Accounts Payable, Legal and Technical Compliance teamsQualificationsOur ideal applicant has previous experience in Indirect Procurement, from a high-performance culture environment, and is hungry to grow in a Procurement Technology area at a fun, fast-growing business.The successful applicant will require a mix of entrepreneurialism, creativity, administration and commercial logic.Graduate education level desirable but not essentialProject Management qualification desirable but not essentialIdeally worked within a Procurement function for at least 2 years. IT Procurement experience desirableExperienced in both commercial and contract negotiationAbility to work across multiple projects simultaneously and at paceResults orientated and self-driven individual with a desire to developStrives to continuously improve performanceStrong attention to detail & numerateAble to summarise information / data quickly and concisely so that recommendations can be made back to the Category Manager and StakeholdersGood communication & organisational skillsAdditional InformationAt Entain, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
