Start your journey.This position has responsibility for the delivery of partner and Global Business Travel (GBT) Select solutions, including integration and optimization of ground transportation through online and offline channels. Working with our third-party ground and Online Business Tools, (OBT) vendors, Global Distribution Systems, (GDS) and internal partners, you will have accountability for implementing the product roadmap, and solution enablement. You will utilise other GBT systems and standards, third party relationship management, content management, communication to the field, Request For Proposal (RFP) support to internal customers and support for external client meetings.What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain GBT Select solutions including ground transportation across different countries and GDS.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Select sales and client management with regards to GBT’s product offering, technical scope, etc.
  • Support the Product Manager to prioritise customer and company development needs. Create user stories and work with vendors and internal teams to define requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Interpret business requirements, identify, and create test strategy approach, build robust test scripts and complete the end-to-end test process. Identify and communicate test status and risks.
  • Manage the integration of new products/functionality into end-to-end processes including customer support, automated fulfilment, deployment, profile management, reporting and billing.
  • Update product materials and reference/training/support documents including adaptations / translations if required.
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, including release communications.
  • Partner with colleagues in various locations to achieve efficiency and consistency in processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid experience working with travel technology and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with integrated systems, including identifying and resolving dependencies.
  • Familiarity with online booking tool configuration, agent point-of-sale tools and booking processes, Amadeus and other GDS, PNRs, and downstream fulfilment systems
  • Project Management experience coordinating multi-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency
  • Planning and scheduling skills to handle busy workload and multiple demands from internal and external customers.
  • Comfortable working with globally dispersed and remote teams
