Join Newcross Healthcare as a Mid-Level Product Designer and shape the future of healthcare. With 2+ years of experience, you’ll identify pain points, create innovative solutions, and deliver seamless user experiences. Your expertise in UX/UI artefacts, such as wireframes and prototypes, will ensure inclusive and intuitive designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contribute to our design system using Figma, and manage multiple workflows. While experience in regulated sectors is desirable, we value multidisciplinary teamwork, documentation skills, and remote work experience.What will you do?Whilst a full job description can be supplied here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

  • Through collaboration with the researcher, PM and senior designer, you will work across the full design process in your squad, from discovery to design and Dev handover. You are a key factor in making our product strategy a reality.
  • Following and championing our UX guiding principles to help your tribe design a consistent user experience and align with our product strategy.
  • Create, iterate, and communicate data-informed and user-centred design solutions that enable us to achieve our OKRs.
  • Maintain and grow your understanding of users’ behaviours, aims, needs, and usage of our products, as well as consider factors around the product (e.g., social economics, working a shift, motivations, demographics, etc.).
  • Conduct and plan light research such as user testing and leverage insights to create impactful and user-centred designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and support other designers in your team.
  • Keeping up with advancements in healthcare.

Hiring Process * A 30-minute chemistry call to cover basics (salary expectations, current position, job specs clarification).

  • A 60-minute call to walk through your selected case studies.
  • A 30-minute call to meet the team.
  • Depending on the volume of applications, decision-making for each step can take up to 2 weeks.
