This team is at the heart of our commitment to providing a smooth, secure, and satisfying payment experience for every customer. Here’s what the team focuses on:Innovation: Continuously exploring new technologies to make payments faster, easier, and more reliable.Security: Ensuring that every transaction is protected with the latest in cybersecurity measures.User Experience: Designing a payment interface that is intuitive and hassle-free, making every interaction a positive one.With a proactive approach and a customer-centric mindset, the Payment Experiences Team works tirelessly to ensure that every payment is a testament to our brand’s promise of excellence.As a Director of Product for Payment Experiences, you will be responsible for a team of 7, leading the vision, strategy, and execution of our payment experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development aligns with business strategy and meets customer needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving product innovation, overseeing the product lifecycle, and ensuring the financial success of the product line.A day in the life…

  • Vision and Strategy: Establishing the long-term vision and strategic direction for payment experience, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and customer needs.
  • Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and inform product development.
  • Product Planning: Defining the product roadmap and setting clear milestones for development, launch, and iteration phases.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to bring products to market successfully.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking product performance using key metrics, analysing data, and making informed decisions to enhance product value.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development to create user-centric payment solutions.
  • Innovation Management: Encouraging innovation within the product team to keep the payment experiences fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.
  • Team Development: Building and nurturing a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
