Visit the company’s website at: .We are hiring a Product Line marketing Manager (m./f.) for train Doors and Platform Doors & GatesLocation : Gennevilliers (Paris area). Travel : 10 to 20 %.Train doors and platform doors are critical subsystems with a direct influence on safety, efficiency of the transportation system and passengers experience. With 80 years of experience, Wabtec have delivered more than 70 000 doors across 600+ projects worldwide.Who will you be working with?– Solid line manager: Rolling Stock Components Marketing Director.– Functional manager: Product Lines Sales Director.– External relationships: customers, partners and suppliers around the world.– Internal relationships: Product line Directors, Tender, Product Management, Marketing, R&D/Engineering, Finance, Services, Communication Teams.How will you make a difference?You will contribute to building the Product Line strategy and execute it based on priorities.The goal is to increase the Product Lines market shares and profitability by:

• Knowing and analyzing the market (trends, customers, competitors…) to feed the strategy.
• Collaborate internally to adapt the go-to-market strategy.
• Influence the market by engaging with external stakeholders and promoting our differentiators.

What do we want to know about you?Minimum 5 years of experience minimum in Sales, Marketing or Product Management, ideally in an industrial environment.You like/want to:

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, challenge and being challenged
• Mix technical, commercial and customer use understanding
• Prepare a strategy, present and convince
• Speak to the market, i.e. customers, partners, competitors
• Structure, prioritize and deliver into a complex and fast-moving environment
• Learn from all experts in the company

What will your typical day look like?Prioritize between the following tasks:

• Collect and analyze market data and turn it into actionable information
• Work on products portfolio:

• Product positioning and differentiators
• Product roadmap and business cases
• Create and update content to support business development and communication
• Support tendering effort to better market the commercial offers
• Meet customers to learn and influence
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts across departments
• Organize and attend events
