Join a team of next generation thinkers.WHAT TO EXPECTWe are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager with a strong focus on agile portfolio governance to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the strategic governance of our overall product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk management standard.Key Accountabilities and Responsibities

• Define and enforce EDP product portfolio governance processes and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews with the EDP operational teams to assess the performance, health, and alignment of individual products with portfolio objectives
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the EDP portfolio strategy, including cybersecurity threats, compliance issues, and operational challenges
• Analysing technical solution alternatives through benchmarking and proof of concepts withing the overall EDP portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, legal, compliance, and risk management, to address governance-related issues and drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in product management, with a focus on Software agile delivery, portfolio governance and risk management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT product portfolios, including risk assessment, compliance, performance optimization & delivering business value
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to think strategically
• Product management certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
