- Product Discovery & Validation: Lead product discovery efforts by identifying and validating opportunities through usability studies, user research, and data analysis. Ensure decisions are data-driven and customer-centric.
- Roadmap Prioritization: Identify elegant and simple product features, prioritize them based on business impact, and organize them into product roadmaps.
- Product Execution & Collaboration: Own the product execution process, working closely with designers, engineers, and the broader team. Ensure high-quality product delivery with a focus on attention to detail and user delight.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Collaborate with the product and executive teams to contribute to strategic decisions that drive the company forward, ensuring that products align with overall business and user goals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional Communication: Strong communication skills, enabling you to engage with a multicultural team, share a clear product vision, and build consensus on priorities.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to take initiative and get things done efficiently, with a track record of driving projects from concept to completion.
- User Experience Obsession: Passion for creating exceptional user experiences with a keen eye for UI details, continuously pushing for designs that are both useful and elegant.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable and proficient with data analysis, using insights to shape product strategy and make informed decisions.
- Proven Product Expertise: At least 5+ years of experience in product management at a tech or product-driven company
LocationThis position is full-time and based in Paris.Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility).
