Salary: Starting from £60,000

The Product Manager will work closely with the Head of Digital Product, Technical lead, and Product Designer as part of a small, empowered team. Initially, they will take on day-to-day responsibility for an existing online e-commerce product, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the product. This role requires a candidate with a solid product management background, familiar with the complexities of delivery within a large organisation and capable of navigating constraints while maintaining a strong product-centric approach and drive to improve and change processes.

In this role you will:

  • Take full ownership of the existing online e-commerce product, managing its day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancement.
  • Ensure the product continues to meet user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Product, Technical Lead, and Product Designer to ensure alignment across all aspects of product development.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Manage technology partner and supplier relationships to ensure that updates and releases are delivered efficiently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product, informed by user feedback, data analytics, and market trends.
  • Prioritise enhancements that deliver the most value to users and the business.

About you:

  • Product management expertise – Strong understanding of product management principles, including product lifecycle management, roadmap development, and user-centred design.
  • Collaboration & communication – Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset – Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions and prioritise enhancements.
  • Problem-solving- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a track record of overcoming challenges and delivering successful products.
