Our headquarter is in Paris and we also have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth and sales experts. We value excellence, hard work and ownership.You’ll join our Product & Tech team, led by (Co-founder and CTO), comprising 15 talented people in tech, product, data and csr expertise with both junior and more senior profiles, as well as men and women.You’ll work directly with , founding PM. You’ll shape Beavr product as well as the broader product practise at Beavr.We have a flexible work policy (not full remote). The team is based in Paris and Marseille and it’s important that you can commute to Marseille or Paris easily.RoleBeavr is looking for a talented Product Manager to shape the future of CSR compliance.As a Product Manager, you will take ownership of key projects within our product roadmap, driving the development of innovative features and improvements. With a strong focus on delivering value to our clients, we’ll expect you to talk to customers daily and collaborate closely with our engineering team, designer, and CSR experts to create exceptional product experiences.From ideation to release, you’ll play a central role in managing the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution while fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly shape how we meet client needs and elevate their journey with Beavr.Engage with customers daily to deeply understand their needs, run feedback sessions, and validate product ideas to ensure alignment with user expectations.Contribute to Product Lifecycle Management by delivering elegant and impactful solutions that address client challenges effectively.Enable the Engineering team to focus on the most critical and impactful needs by managing sprints, prioritizing feedback, writing clear specifications, and iterating on prototypes and designs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer priorities.Partner with Customer Success (CS) to design features and ensure smooth, successful releases.Work with Sales to align pitches and offerings with the product’s capabilities and value.Collect and analyze platform usage data to inform product decisions and enhance the overall user experience.QualificationsYou have more than 3 years of experience in a product management roleYou have a strong bias for action: we’re looking for someone who is not afraid to be hands on and try out new things.You are client-centric. You value bringing an exceptional experience to our clients above anything else.You have a strong sense of ownership. You take initiatives and you are at ease to make product & design decisions in an ambiguous and changing environment.You are always the most pragmatic person in the room.
